Every year my family and I take a vacation with a few other families that have kids the same age as ours. This summer we chose to go to Belize. Our group of 23 met at the airport and we finally boarded the plane. Four hours later, having never moved one inch, we were told the flight was canceled. There next day we reboarded a new plane and to our relief, we made it to Belize. We landed and got on a boat to visit our first stop, Caye Caulker.

So happy for Orange Fanta after a long flight.

We stayed at The Iguana Reef Inn, it was beautiful. Highly recommend if you visit the island.

Our next stop was Tobacco Caye Island. This was favorite party of the trip. The island is tiny. There are no cars, shops or stores. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were served every day which was lovely. We spent our days snorkeling, reading and relaxing. I saw a seahorse, so many lion fish and a few reef sharks. My goal was to find a conch shell which was laughable as there thousands all over the island.

We stayed here at www.tobaccocaye.com. It’s beautiful and they blow a conch shell for breakfast, lunch and dinner. No cooking, no dishes. YES PLEASE.

Jazzy loves the puppies.

I love the moodiness before the rains.
